&lt;p&gt;100-calorie snacks by Nabisco, Hostess, Hershey&amp;#39;s, etc.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I baggied up cereal like Rice Chex, Cheerios, Life, Honey Nut Cheerios; into 100-120 calorie packages so they&amp;#39;re ready to eat&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have pretzels and saltene crackers (9 crackers=96 cals)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;also cheese/peanut butter crackers, like Keebler/Ritz, I eat HALF a package which is 95-100 calories, at one time... and it&amp;#39;s still pretty filling&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I can&amp;#39;t think of anything else right now. I&amp;#39;m not much into pudding.... OH and light/lite yogurt. that&amp;#39;s always good. Dannon has only 80 calories and Yoplait I think is 100-120 or something like that. &lt;p&gt;Hardboiled eggs with yellow mustard or Red Hot hot-sauce.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;20 mini pretzels with salsa. (or mustard or red hot... i loooove Red Hot!)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Special K whole wheat crackers with a 60 cal mozzarella string cheese.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Strawberries sprinkled with splenda. (So gooood!)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I love your tips &amp;amp; your snack ideas &amp;amp; you&amp;#39;re right:&amp;nbsp;certain folks are thin for a reason, not by accident.&amp;nbsp; Others just have good genes!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;CONFESSION TIME:&amp;nbsp; I haven&amp;#39;t exercised since Saturday for girlie reasons; having terrible head/backaches, cramps, etc.&amp;nbsp; I know exercise alleviates some of that but I&amp;#39;ve had a rough work &amp;amp; personal week to add to the pain.&amp;nbsp; YELL AT ME, PLEASE!&amp;nbsp; I deserve it!&amp;nbsp; And tomorrow I&amp;#39;m going to the NYPD v. FDNY Benefit Hockey Game--all day drinking &amp;amp; prob hungover Sunday.&amp;nbsp; Ok, let me have it.&amp;nbsp; But it&amp;#39;s for a good cause?&amp;nbsp; JK, that&amp;#39;s no excuse...&lt;/p&gt;
