&lt;p&gt;The good news is that each Slim-Fast meal plan has a certain number of fruits or vegetables and snacks that you can have throughout the day between your meals. We recommend that you have a snack 2-3 hours after a meal. Below is the break down for what&amp;#39;s recommended in terms of fruits, veggies, and snacks by weight:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Up to 140 lbs: 3 servings fruits or vegetables&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;141-170 lbs: 4 servings fruits or vegetables, 1 snack (about 120 calories each)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;171-200 lbs: 4 servings fruits or vegetables, 3 snacks&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Over 200 lbs: 5 servings fruits or vegetables, 4 snacks&lt;/li&gt;
