One pop is 60 calories, 0 grams fat. They last a good long time (if you don't bite it!) and they realy hit the spot when I need a sugar fix. I have one in the afternoon and it really takes care of the afternoon craving... And because it lasts a while, I don't keep eating them (the way I would other candy or treats). I love the raspberry and chocolate best And they're not even expensive. You can get a big bag of em at the drug store for a couple bucks.

Cravings at Christmas!

Coming up to Xmas, does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can control my sugar cravings?
