  • have you chewed gum? as unhealthy as this is, gum has replaced meals for me in the past in the event that im so craving inclined, and will basically eat and eat and eat until it makes me terribly sick. it might be stupid, i mean, who seriously wants gum over pizza? i want pizza. but this would proabably help with the work situation. i really like how the 'gum industry' has sooo many great sugar free yet delightful flavors. orbit has some good ones as far as flavor goes. the unique shape of icebreaker cubes are fun and minty. and at 2-3 kcal per piece, chewing two or three throughout the day is, in my opinion much better than goin all over them sweets at work.

    long term- something i am personally looking for myself. im looking to tone and lose about 20-25 lbs by early fall. if you would like, i can search for more answers and keep you updated, im certain it would be better than the constant ups and downs of keeping on a plan then losing it. i know that well.  

  • I'm going to be getting married in August of this year and I can't seem to control my cravings long enough to lose the weight that I want to...

    There's always goodies brought into work that I can't seem to keep my hands off of and at night I'm always looking for something to munch on...added on to all of this, we usually pig out on the weekends w/ friends - usually pizza....I can go for about 2 months on a good plan but then I lose it...

    I'm just looking to see if anyone has any tips that have been successful for them in knocking the cravings down...I'm hoping to find something that will work long term...
