    Hi Michelle and welcome!  Learning to eat healthy has been a large part of this plan...sure, I drink the shakes but I don't rely on them for meals.  I have learned to cook with so many new ingredients and use a lot of the recipes off this site...they are really good!  The SF plan is teaching me to eat healthy, exercise and to enjoy my life...I think it is a wonderful plan.  I am hoping you are having success and can reach your goal to live healthy.  Stay strong!  Hugs, SisterC
