Take a long look in the mirror.  Now take a few deep breaths.  Then compliment yourself on three things about yourself.  Do this daily.  Almost all slimfast flavors are sweet, so replace your snickers bar for the slimfast wannabe, tastes the same.  Find a workout that works with your health problems.  If your legs are broke do arm lifts and tuck your tummy in.  If your arms are broke reverse it. They have sooooo many different workout types there literally has to be one to fit your needs.  I live in an upstairs apartment and had surgery last month,  so jumping and junk are out of the question for me, but calm yoga is perfect.  The have walking, boxing, yoga, pilates, ball workouts.  Ten million different kinds.  Flirty girl fit or Carmen Electra have sexy workout dvds that will do wonders for your self esteem.  You can so do this.  Now go look in that mirror for the wonderful person you are and the sexy wonderful person your about to unleash.

I am currently out of work due to depression and other health problems.I am not very happy with myself or my weight.I have a bad habit of eating out of boredom, or just when I am feeling down!I have trouble staying motivated and controlling my sweet tooth!
