Pepsi was the hardest thing for me to stop drinking ! Iwas defenetly addicted.  and i didnt like diet because of the after taste. but after talking to nutritionist and doctors even told me that if i wanted to continue drinking soda diet would be better it took me a month to get used to the taste but now i couldnt emagine drinking a regular pepsie.  so try replacing the pepsi you do drink once in a while whith diet untill you get used ti it  =)

I'm also a Coke girl... I limit myself to one every 2-4 days for now. But I hope after a while it'll be more like one a week or less. Surprisingly, I was able to cut back and I thought it would be harder. I think because I don't want to waste my limited calories on soda unless I have extra somehow. That really keeps me from drinking even just one a day. I don't want to use up even 140 calories a day on it!

I am a Coke girl myself.  I tried switching to diet but found I would drink about 4 times as many Diet Cokes as regular.  Now if I have a Coke, I drink one can and that is it.  It takes self-control but its worth every drop!

Hi, I was wondering if any one else has had a Pepsi crutch in the past.  I seem to be having an extremely hard time not drinking it and I know that soda is one of my biggest weight gaining substances!  Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
