  • I am a BIG late night snacker.  I know that my waist balloned up by many nights of zoning out in front of the tv with a bag of chips or container of ice cream.  I keep two baskets in my pantry.  One has endless sweet options of 100 calorie packs.  The other has endless options of savory 100 calorie packs.  I limit myself to one a night and since the portion control is already there, I don't have to count anything and can really enjoy my snack.  Also, if you like ice cream, there are tons of low calorie ice cream bars and treats in the freezer section at the grocery store.  I love the Weight Watcher Giant Latte Bar (think that is the name, know its WW and coffee flavored).

  • Yeah it works great especially if you count calories so I'm sorry to say that you will still need to measure from time to time and count. It's worth it though and you just have to find what's best for you. For me,  Slim Fast is the easiest way to go because I get so much energy and nutrition from their meal replacements! I love snacking too and you will see how much by reading my posts in this craving group, lol! I'm losing weight on ice cream and chocolate but I'm portioning it out right and counting calories so it's working out great for me. :) 

    I had a dessert today with banana split pudding, whipped cream, almonds, cherries, chocolate covered pretzels, and a carmel chocolate bar. I went crazy and threw it all in a bowl together and the total calories = 290! Just gotta keep balancing out the calories and save where you can and eat what you like in a more calorie friendly way. No this dessert that I made up today was all that good but it was worth a try and I got my fix, lol!

  • Hi, I'm new and was wondering if anyone had any success with SlimFast. I've done weight watchers before but am so tired of measuring and counting. Just curious. By the way, I looove snacking on anything and everything sweet. Any tips on controling those cravings?
