I can agree with you because I had the same issues well I still have them but they do get better and better has the days go by.. I love junk food so much but when I started here I threw away all the junk food hardest thing I have ever done but I did it and I see doughnuts and I just want one but I say NO and go on and take day for day other than that what else can you do but take it one day at a time ya know... I know your doing great and keep up the work you will see inprovement trust me... take care,

I love junk food too… but the truth is that after I eat it I feel depressed. It’s hard but you should not restrain food or snacks, just change the type of snacks you eat or the way you cook. Sometimes that’s the best way to start changing our bad habits. For example, If you like pasta, then change the type of cheeses, use low or no sodium sauce, and change the pasta to wholegrain. I’m making those changes and it feels good taking charge. I’ve just started a couple of days ago and let me tell you I struggle too, and I get bad anxiety for junk food, mostly at night. But I feel it is getting easier every time I say no or I substitute the junk for something healthier or low cal.  Let yourself eat at your favorite restaurant ones a moth, just remember to burn those calories and get back fast on track the next day. If you do that I think you will look forward to dieting.
