  • hi my is evon im  very impressed with ur story need of buddy to help me sayed on track with my diet ,Bout to fall of my wagon my first week i did lot 8lbs  i weigh again saturday,scare  because i have not been working out for the last 4 days waitng for taxed time 2 buy me a treadmill to .

    Thank you for sharing... That is so great you lost 8 lbs... See that is why I think I get a lil up set because I am eating right and doing everything I need to but I just can not take to water... I drink my diet cherry pepsi.... I can not see drinking 64 oz of water everyday... I dont even like it to be honest.... My sis is the one that has the slim fast shakes 4-5 times a day and the only food she eats is from slim fast.. Me I like the weight watchers lunches they are so good and the past few days it has got better for me so I am just saven some money to get me a treadmill and I know once I start working on the treadmill and doing my workout dvd walk at home it will come off the way I want it to.... Keep up the good work Chantel.... Take care.

    My name is Chantel and when I first tried to diet a while back i was doing the same thing you was doing and that was not eating I thought that if I eat once a day I was doing something but that is not the way to go you already lost 6 pounds and that is great and I want to say congratulations on that. you should not strave yourself and having 4 slim fast shakes are not good in one day and eating the snack bars is not good either although slim fast is good they do not have all the nutrients that you need u have to eat 6 times a day. that is way i love this slim fast diet because they tell u what u should eat and if u don't like what they have recommended there is a whole bunch of things that u can pick from. I joined slim fast just a week ago on the 7th of Jan 2009 and I weighed 252 pounds I weighed myself yesterday and and I am now 244 pounds i have lost 8 pounds. and i just started running on the treadmill yesterday. I completely cut caffeine soda's out of my life and i have been drinking 64oz of water each day ...well i try to anyway. for example for breakfast today i followed the slim fast diet to a T for breakfast I had a hard boiled and piece of wheat toast with jelly, and a glass of non fat milk. (and I must say I was not hungry...for my snack i had 2 1/2 ghram crackers with peanut butter..for lunch i had ham and swiss cheese and a glass of milk... and then for my snack i had wheat crackers with hummus dip..and a slim fast snack bar(that was my first time eating hummus and it was oh so good...for dinner i had a lean cuisine pizza, and for my nightly snack i had half of a banana. so u can eat you just have to eat in moderation and one thing that i learned from slim fast is you have to drink water because if u don't have enough fluid in your system u can mistake hungry for thirst because u are dehydrated.     I dont think slimfast is meant to replace all of your food..that is going to end up in failure when you have to join the real world and eat food again..your sister is not doing the plan properly so dont compare yourself with her weight loss...your doing great..you need to have one sensible meal per day and 2 shakes this is not inclding your daily fruit and water as well and snacks....in regards to craving I ALWAYS have jello available as well as frozen fruit juice and tea's...

  • Susie, 6 pounds is more than good it's GREAT! Don't forget how much progress you have made this far. I have to tell you that if I did like your sister I would want to binge on any and every thing I could sink my teeth into. I like chewing! lol (okay I like food to) One of the things I really like is that I get to eat real food on the plan. I have even done the plan with out the products, I just chose the meals that were normal everyday food. It still works and I didn't feel like I wasn't getting to eat. Don't sacrafice your need for food just maybe sacrafice the wrong foods (and maybe lees of the good foods) or you will quit before you are at your goal weight. You can succeed!

    My name is Susie and I have BAD Cravings I dont know if it is a craving or not sometimes.... My issue is when I start to eat I want to eat more and and I am full.... Now I started here on the 7th of this month and I was 264 now I am 258.. 6lbs is really good but I feel I could lose it more if I know how to control this issue... I have gave in a few times and I do work out everyday and specking of that I still need to work out today lol..... Any advice or anything would help I have tried it all.. Brushing my teeth and everything... I just can not be like my sis and alls she does id drink the sim fast shake 4 times a day and eats 2 chocolate snack bars... I NEED FOOD lol :} Take care everyone and I will talk to you later..
