    The good news is that each Slim-Fast meal plan has a certain number of fruits or vegetables and snacks that you can have throughout the day between your meals. We recommend that you have a snack 2-3 hours after a meal. Below is the break down for what's recommended in terms of fruits, veggies, and snacks by weight:

    • Up to 140 lbs: 3 servings fruits or vegetables
    • 141-170 lbs: 4 servings fruits or vegetables, 1 snack (about 120 calories each)
    • 171-200 lbs: 4 servings fruits or vegetables, 3 snacks
    • Over 200 lbs: 5 servings fruits or vegetables, 4 snacks

  • I am a sweets lover and it is very hard to resist them.  Any suggestions will be welcome.  I am good all day when I'm at work but as soon as I get home I want to munch until supper and then eat supper (need to control the portions,too).  I' stuffed when I leave the table but 2 hrs. later I'm looking for something else.  I should drink a large glass of water only the snacks lok and taste so much better.  HELP!!
