where can i find this movie

  I watched that movie and agree 100 %.  I never eat fast food and try to get as many fresh foods as possible.  I use the farmers market during the summer.  It really makes you think.   Wish my kids was watch it and take heed.

I found them on netflix myself, no idea where else I would find them. see Killer At Large first, it'll make you downright angry, and personally, I get better motivated when I'm angry.

I watched a documentary the other day called Food Inc. I would just like to recommend this movie to anyone that eats food ever, but especially to those that need a kick in the pants about making smart eating choices. its like Scared Straight only instead of scaring troubled teens into making good choices in school and life, it scares consumers into making smart and healthful choices about the food that we put into our bodies. It shows in depth how food is processed in America and the effects that it has on the body. I mean, the horrible things that we eat without even realizing it is downright terrifying. from now on I've resolved to eat only all natural foods, preferably locally grown and produced. If you ever have trouble with mindless eating, if you ever find yourself eating things because they're there, because they're convenient, because they're cheap, then watch this movie. you'll become amazingly aware of every bite of food you eat and you'll never even desire to eat that fast food burger or bag of greasy potato chips again.

Also, for a similar theme but with a slightly more comical approach try the movie Super Size Me. I also recommend Killer At Large, this movie deals specifically with how American eating habits have created an obesity epidemic.

Because deep down we all know that these foods are harmful, but it really makes the facts hard to ignore when you see the footage.
