  • Oh, I hear you!! Chocolate is my downfall....Dove milk chocolates...yummm...anyhow, I have been known to have a few of those along my journey...not so much now as I did the first few months I started the plan.  But I did have them and then got right back on track....had some chocolate stars a few weeks back...sometimes it is what the body is craving and you will eat anything & everything until you actually eat the chocolate and get that craving taken care of....in the meantime though, I drink the creamy milk chocolate shakes...sometimes putting them in the freezer to make a slushy drink...also there are chocolate ice cream products on the market.  Others have talked about them; I am not much of an ice cream person so I haven't tried any.  The longer I am on this plan, the less I have of the chocolate cravings...no matter the time of the month.  I have counted the Dove chocolates as a snack...and only ate the amount that represented about 150 calories...that way I didn't feel like I was getting too far off track.  I am sure others will jump in here with more sage advice for you...in the meanwhile...just keep track of the calories and don't go over your daily limit...you should be fine and shhhh...(you'll feel so much better!) LOL  Don't tell anyone I said that!! haha!  good luck and stay strong....Hugs, SisterC

  • Calling all chocloate lovers,

    hey, im wondering if i am the only one who has a weakness for chocolate when its that time of the month.  this is the hardest thing for me,especially since i am trying to loose this weight.  but i don't want to give up one of my favorite foods while i am trying to get healthy. WHAT TO DO!!!!  if you have any suggestions please share!!
