  • Eating rght non slimfast

    I have started over again. Unfortunatly i got off track with personal problems. this time I can't blame the holidays bacause it was my family. I haven't had any prblems with the slimfast shakes. How bad can this hurt me. I bought them in the middle of December.

  • Help!

    I have tried dieting before, but everytime I try to diet or exercise, I have problems regulating my blood sugar levels. They always drop on me. I've even tried eating a little bit throughout the day and I still have issues. I don't know what to do!

    I was recently in to see my Dr. for a thyroid check up and asked many questions for some new symptoms and because my thyroid numbers are great(midrange) she sent me for an ultrasound and blood work. The ultrasound came back good but my blood work was not so good...potassium was to high and hypoglycemic...
