    Hi Ali, Thanks for the reply. Just to confirm, I can heat the milk in the microwave and then mix it with the shakes, right? I think I saw some people said that the hot/warm milk will affect the shake. Thanks.

  • Slim Fast Powder

    Hello, I was wondering instead of using skim, fat-free milk to mix the powder with, could I just use water? Skim milk still has about 90 calories in it and I'm trying cut as many as possible. I know they aren't fat calories, but I don't care.
