&lt;p&gt;Also, we would not recommend that you go too low with your calories and we never recommend a diet with fewer than 1200 calories per day.&amp;nbsp; It is best to follow the calorie level that is right for you for the best weight loss results.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You can feel free to prepare the shake mix with calcium fortified rice or soy milk.&lt;/p&gt;
