Monday I started doing 12 blocks of alternating jogging with walking how long will it be before i start to see some results. I am a couch potato n weigh close to 300 my dr says my health is starting to suffer and frankly so is my self esteem!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
