&lt;p&gt;To help keep you motivated, it is important to set shorter term goals.&amp;nbsp; This way, you will feel a sense of accomplishment all along your weight loss journey.&amp;nbsp; As an initial goal, try aiming for a 5% weight loss, which would be about 10 pounds.&amp;nbsp; Once you reach that goal, you can then set your next 5% goal.&amp;nbsp; In addition, set other mini goals like aiming to walk for 30 minutes each day, or taking the stairs in your office building instead of the elevator.&amp;nbsp; Seeing that you can accomplish these mini-goals will keep you on track!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also, please be aware that we have lots of tracking tools on slim-fast.com that can keep you motivated and focused.&amp;nbsp; You have access to a Meal Planner/Log, Fitness Planner/Log, and a Weight Chart.&amp;nbsp; In addition, you have this Slim-Fast Community where you can chat with other people who are also trying to lose weight so that you can swap tips and stories!&lt;/p&gt;
