  • Adding fruit to the Slim-Fast Shake Mix can be a tasty option, that adds great vitamins, minerals, and fiber to your Shake.  Please be aware, however, that fruit does have calories.  Therefore, if you are adding fruit, you should track how much you are adding.  If it is more than 1 serving (i.e. 1 medium piece fruit or a 1/2 cup cut-up fruit), you should count the added fruit as 1 of your Snacks.

  • Can I add fruit to the shake mixes to make a more filling smoothie for breakfast?  I work in the veterinary medicine field and need something for breakfast that will last through surgeries in the morning.
