  • Hi i was reading in a book called burn the fat feed the muscle and in the book it says that liquid diets or diets that have you drink mostly shakes are not healthy. The book says that when people  eat mostly liquids they lose out on the thermogenic effect that solid food has. Also, it says that the human body's digestive system is not desinged to have mostly liquids.
