    I'm sorry but I'm not sure what chapathi is.  Also, I'm not sure what your weight is measured in...is that kilograms?

    hi.. i am taking chapathi for the past two months.. but i didnt loose weight maintaining at 65... my height is 5.1.. can u suggest me some excercise... which reduce my weight... and correct weight for my height
