My thought would be that you are going to too low of a calorie level.  Although you need to decrease your calorie intake in order to lose weight, but there is a point where you can drop down too low.  Consuming the right amount of calories is essential to healthy weight loss and to maintain healthy body functioning. 

To help check that you are following the right calorie level, I would recommend that you register online for our free meal planner.  The meal planner will calculate the calorie level that is appropriate for you.  If you are following that calorie level and still feel that you are experiencing the same problems, then I would recommend that you speak to your physician and head in for a check up to make sure that nothing else is happening to cause these symptoms.

I have noticed that when ever I try to cut calories to lose weight while adding excercise I will get very loopy.  my brain goes to slow mode. I mean really slow like my synapses are all out of wack.  I will forget what task I am on at work, or worse literally forget how to do a task that I normally know in my sleep.  my question is what is it that my body needs with out going off my diet.  is it protein... what?
