I haven't ask a question in a while. I haven't recieved any answers to a couple of my questions. I decided to try something else with the slim fast diet. If i am going to diet I want to do it my way. As for the foods that have the same calories try breaking the meat and the fats in these same calory meals you will find that the calory intake isn't the same. We have to break down carbs, fats(all the fats), sugars(all the ones that end in tose), fibers in these foods  and when you do you will find out the truth about the real calories. I was confused about it untill I remebered what my slimfast book taught me.  Ladies you all are great within your own strength. Please don't get frustrated it will work out in the end. Believe in yourselves and go for it.
