  • Then I would go with her recommendation and if you feel up to exercising, then go for it.  I wouldn't introduce any new activities or change the intensity or duration of your program, but it sounds like you are cleared to keep doing what you have been doing. 

    Certainly, this is a stressful time for you and you don't want to exacerbate your situation, so it is going to be important that you find time to rest and relax!

  • MY HEART DOCTOR DID TEST YESTERDAY. I AM SUPPOSE TO HEAR FORM HER TODAY. SHE TOLD ME TO DO WHAT I HAVE ALWAYS DONE NO DIFFERENT. I HAVE BEEN FEELING SICK AT MY STOMACH SO IT IS A LITTLE HARDER ON THINGS. I JUST GOT UPSET. I AM SORRY IF I WAS A LITTLE TO STRAIGHT IN THE CONVERESATION. THANK YOU FOR GETTING BACK TO ME.

  • I recommend that you contact your physician before engaging in any exercise at this time.  I am not an expert in this area and I am uncertain as to the potential implications if you do exercise while you are experiencing these "mini strokes".  So, I suggest that you contact your physician and get his/her opinion on engaging in exercise at this time.  It might be best for your health for you to rest until your physicians create a plan of action for your care.  Right now, focus on getting better and staying healthy.

  • I WAS WONDERING ABOUT WHAT WILL THIS AFFECT  HAVE ON ME. I JUST GOT OUT OF AN MRI. MY HEART DOCTOR SAID I MIGHT POSSIBLY HAVE TO HAVE SURGERY. THEY MIGHT HAVE TO PUT A STINT IN MY BRAIN. THEY ALSO TOLD ME THIS WAS WHY I MIGHT BE HAVING MIGRANES SO MUCH. I MIGHT NOT BE HAVING MIGRANES BUT MINISTROKES CONTINUALLY. THE CAUSE IS MY BACKGROUND WHICH I HAVE NEVER TALKED ABOUT TO MUCH IS FULL OF ABUSE. I HAVEN'T BEEN WRITTING BECAUSE I AM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW I WANT TO HANDLE IT. ALL EVERYONE KEEPS TELLING ME IS TO TAKE IT EASY BUT IF I DON'T EXERCISE I FEEL SO BAD THAT I JUST DON'T WANT TO GET UP AND GET MOVING . WHAT COULD HAPPEN TO ME?
