  • You do have to consider the composition of the food that you are eating and not only the calories.  The hamburgers and burritos are both high in fat, so consider switching them out for other, lower fat alternatives.  Also, I would suggest that you include some vegetables into your lunch and dinner.  Go with vegetables that you enjoy eating and try to eat 2-3 servings of vegetables each day.

    Also, don't forget about your exercise routine.  Cardio and strength training are a great combination for weight loss, so try to include both of them in your routine!

  • this is what ill eat on occasions, is the microwave food maybe being a problem?

    breakfast 8 a.m. slim fast shake 200 1 banana 110 310 cals.

    10 am snack 130 calories

    12 p.m. white castle hamburger 310 cal, 1 peach 70,  yogurt 80 cal 460 cals

    5 30 p.m. chimichanga burrito , 1 banana, calories 430 cals ? 

    now i don't know if is the food........or what?! im not going over calories. is not always like this, but sometimes i don't want to h ave the shakes so i eat regular ..sometimes i do include 2 shakes.... :)

  • i also did loose weight the first month, i did the diet again, it said i had lost 5 lbs.? however, the next day and during that week, i ate very unhealthy since i travel once a week to mex... i had kfc, and 2 hot dogs...another day, and cookies...however, in a whole week, it said i had gain 5 lbs back. back to were i started, and really haven't brought them down...im just dissapointed because ill only cheat like one day and continue again, but i wonder whats going on?

  • well went i started i was at 190 lbs, it took me half ayear to loose the weight.. Now, im trying to consume the same calories at 160 lbs, im 5 4 but it seems longer, it seems like with what im eating is normal just to stay at my weight.. my work out has also been the same, i lovee to run, so i can let  go of that that easy. Is a hobby i like to do, im feeling exhausted, thought? i lost condition i don't do it every day like before,s o i think that is the problem...sometimes i eat 1400 sometimes i can stay at 1200...

  • If you have not lost any weight for a few months, then it is time for a change to your exercise program or to your calorie intake or both.  So, it would be best if you could give me your latest information, such as your current weight, height, calorie level and exercise routine and include how much weight you have lost and how long has it been since you have lost weight.  Then I can analyze this information and make some good recommendations for you!
