  • One piece of chocolate, every now and then, isn't going to be a problem.  As long as you aren't making a habit of eating chocolate all of the time you will be fine.  It is more about what you do over the course of your entire day and week that impacts your weight, not one piece of chocolate.  So, again, as long as it isn't a habit that you are going to eat chocolate candy all of the time, you will be fine!
