  • Well, be sure that you are meeting your water needs for the day and drinking at least 8 - 8 oz. glasses of water per day, as sometimes our bodies will confuse thirst for hunger.  When you are hungry, feel free to fill up on plain, raw vegetables which are low in calories and high in fiber. Keep vegetables precut and handy, like baby carrots, cherry tomatoes and celery sticks.  Other strategies to appease hunger are to suck on a hard sugar-free candy, brush your teeth or chew sugar-free gum.

  • Now I'm very hungry at 6:00 p.m.  I want to stop eating at 4:00pm. Help!
