Wow that looks like a great plan I might do it that way I get to hungry having the shake for lunch. And have an 8 month so using it more for a snack is a great idea.

I think this looks like a great plan.  You have really done a great job of appropriately timing your meals and snacks, especially given the fact that you start your day so early!  Great job and keep us posted on your progress!

I have another question. I have been using slimfast products w/ food to see if I could loose weight that way. So my body doesnt get so much of a shock. Anyway...heres what I've been doing on my work days:

3AM(BREAKFAST) - Slimfast Shake - 190 Cal.

7AM(SNACK) - 1 Banana & a Vitamin water 10 - 145 Cal.

9AM(LUNCH) - 1 Healthy Choice Cafe Steamer - 320 Cal.

12PM(SNACK) - Slimfast 100 cal. snack bar & fruit - 140 Cal.

3PM(SNACK) -  Fiber One Bar(140 Cal.) or Digestive Health Nuts(170 Cal.) or Fruit(45-100 Cal.) or Celery w/ reduced fat peanutbutter(190 Cal.)

6PM(DINNER) - Healthy Choice or a meal w/ 300-500 Cal.

Do you think it is possible for me to reach my goal weight while eating this way & mixing slimfast 321 into my routine? Also, the reason I eat fiber one bars and digestive health nuts by planters is because they help me eliminate. Please let me know what you think :) Thanks so much!
