    Becoming motivated to lose weight or to continue losing weight can be half the battle, especially if you feel tired and not yourself.  On the Slim-Fast Plan, however, dieting is easy.  We’ve counted the calories and built in the nutrition for you, to help take the guesswork out of dieting.  Moreover, the principles involved will allow you to maintain your goal weight once you reach it.

     

    To get motivated and started, it is first important to set realistic goals.  Go to www.slim-fast.com, and enter in your information.  The website will help you determine the Slim-Fast Plan that’s right for you so that you can get started.  This way, by having smaller goals, you will be able to reach them faster and feel better and more motivated!

     

    It's also important to track your progress.  The Slim-Fast website provides a number of tracking and support tools to help you monitor your progress along the way, including a weight chart, a food diary, and an activity log.  The goal of these tools is to keep you accountable throughout, which will likely increase your success on The Plan, and therefore keep you motivated!  The website is also a great source of articles with additional weight loss tips, such as how to deal with cravings and hunger.

  • I have a question about weight loss and menopause. I'm 51 and have just started going through it. How do you deal with weight loss when you feel tired, crabby, crappy and just not yourself?
